This allows us to maintain full control over every step of the manufacturing process, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and value for families around the world.

Our sewing workshop is key to the durability and safety of each product. Every detail, from the stitching to the materials used, is carefully inspected and made using eco-friendly, long-lasting fabrics. We combine advanced semi-automated systems with skilled manual craftsmanship to produce reliable, high-performance gear.

 

Tested for Safety, Built to Last

Each trampoline undergoes rigorous testing during development, including:

• Steel strength tests
• Jump mat and spring endurance/load tests
• Net impact and load resistance tests

From raw materials to final assembly, strict quality controls ensure that our products meet, and exceed, global safety standards.

 

Environmentally Responsible

We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact. Our factory uses advanced water recycling and treatment systems, and we minimise welding, one of the most polluting processes, by using innovative, integrally formed frame technology.
